About the Developer
The core of development work is done by Howard Richardson. Prior to establishing Sequential independently in 2003, he previously worked as the technical developer for the JISC-funded FILTER project at the Institute for Learning & Research Technology, the IT Officer for Information and Library Services at City University, London, and had written articles for the American Online magazine.
