Using Adblock Plus to stop Youtube "Breaking News"

Here's a quick one-liner to put in Adblock Plus advanced settings under "My Filter List". It also works on Ublock origin. It blocks the repeating Breaking News section on Youtube that keeps reappearing even though you dismiss it. For when you only want to see some cute videos of dogs, not how the world is falling apart today.
